This latest survey provides an essentially positive set of results for the Prisons and Probation Ombudsman. It is clear that stakeholders are growing in their knowledge and understanding of the Ombudsman’s activities, and generally recognise the positive contribution that we are making.
There is work to be done to improve the communication of those activities, but the impression of most respondents is of an organisation that is independent, effective, and accessible. Read the PPO Stakeholder Survey 2014.
